International Animal Flow Day / August 23, 2025

nternational Animal Flow Day (IAFD) is a global holiday that was born August 28th, 2021 as a way to bring together individuals from around the world to celebrate the joy of movement and the friendships shared by practitioners of Animal Flow. “Community” is one of the four pillars that make up the foundations of the Animal Flow system, representing the idea that fitness can be fun and is better when shared with others. Each year, thousands of Flowists in more than 60 countries come together in their local parks, gyms, city attractions ,and community centers to take part in IAFD.
